Our final class last week focused a lot on dispelling the myths around entrepreneurism. We talked about the fact that startups are not romantic and that while everyone has toyed with the idea of opening a coffee shop or bar it takes a lot more than a vision to make a business successful. I think this realistic approach to entrepreneurism is what I enjoyed most about the class. It is great to learn from people who aren’t trying to hype entrepreneurism up.
